Job description
Oversee and manage all quality assurance and inspection activities on offshore projects, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and international standards like ISO
Conduct thorough inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship at various stages of offshore construction and installation, identifying and documenting any non-conformances.
Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection test plans (ITPs), tailored to specific project requirements and risk assessments.
Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent.
Holds certifications such as CSWIP, AWS, or API certifications, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant industry standards.
ARAMCO experience is an advantage
ARAMCO CBT certification is a plus
Offshore certification (BOSIET / Survival) required
Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA/QC within the offshore oil and gas industry, with a focus on construction and fabrication.
Demonstrates experience in managing and supervising QA/QC activities on offshore projects, including experience with pipelines, structures, or subsea equipment.
