Job description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings with businesses in the construction and real estate sector.

� Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to construction companies, contractors, and business clients
  • Introduce company services (construction, interiors, fit-outs, etc.)
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up with potential clients regularly
  • Maintain a database of prospects and interactions
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
  1. Experience in telesales / telemarketing / B2B sales preferred
  2. Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
  3. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
  4. Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
  5. Basic knowledge of construction industry is a plus
