Summary:
We are looking for a diligent Safety Officer to oversee and implement safety regulations within catering unit. The Safety Officer will be responsible for conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and developing safety procedures and protocol as per food industry standers.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Keep abreast of industry safety trends and regulations to ensure organizational compliance
- Collaborate with management to create a culture of safety awareness and accountability
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Safety Officer or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is preferred
