Senior Environment and Sustainability Manager

Strong design background in relevant discipline

Consultant project experience is mandatory

Prior experience in island / remote projects preferred

Develop and implement comprehensive environmental and sustainability strategies aligned with business objectives, driving tangible improvements in resource efficiency and waste reduction.

Lead and manage environmental impact assessments (EIAs) for new projects and existing operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and minimizing environmental risks.

Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of environmental performance data, including greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and waste generation, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring proactive communication and compliance with evolving environmental standards.

A Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

Possession of relevant certifications, such as a Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or a similar credential, signifies professional competence.

A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in environmental management, showcasing a proven track record of success.

Prior experience within the manufacturing or energy sector is highly desirable, offering industry-specific expertise.
