Job description
Conduct thorough inspections of construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for civil engineering projects, covering all phases from procurement to completion.
Monitor and verify the correct execution of civil works, including earthworks, concrete structures, and infrastructure, identifying and rectifying deviations.
Perform field testing and sampling of materials like soil, concrete, and asphalt, and interpret results to assess quality and suitability.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality control for civil construction projects.
Proven experience with various construction materials and testing methods (e.g., concrete, soil, steel).
