Architect Engineer

Responsibilities and Job Duties:

• Supervision and Execution:
• Direct supervision of all interior and exterior fit-out works and ensuring the quality of materials and standards used.
• Compliance of executed works on-site with architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Coordination between various contractors on-site and labor (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, decoration) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Architectural Drawings and Engineering Programs:
• Professional interaction with AutoCAD for modifying and reading shop drawings and detail drawings.
• Reviewing drawings before execution and identifying clashes and modifying them in coordination with the engineering office.
• Reports and Quality Control:
• Preparation of periodic reports (daily/weekly) covering progress, work impediments, and proposed solutions for delays and issues.
• Monitoring the schedule for receiving materials and deliverables according to the project timeline.
• Improving Work Efficiency:
• Enhancing and managing workflow on-site and minimizing waste in materials and time (Lean Construction).
• Distributing tasks among the workforce effectively to ensure achieving the highest productivity rates and adherence to the project schedule.
