Contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback and market insights to the engineering and product management teams.

Prepare and deliver technical training sessions for both internal sales teams and external client personnel.

Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to boiler technology and energy efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, specifically within the industrial boiler or thermal solutions sector.

Proven track record of successfully managing technical aspects of sales cycles for complex capital equipment.

Deep understanding of thermodynamics, combustion principles, and boiler system design.

Proficiency in CAD software and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to travel frequently to client sites and industry events.

Fluency in English; proficiency in other relevant languages is a plus.

Possession of relevant certifications in boiler operation, safety, or energy management is highly advantageous.
