Junior Accountant

We are hiring an Accountant based in Saudi Arabia to handle accounting operations, cash flow reporting, and compliance with ZATCA regulations. The role requires solid accounting experience in the Saudi logistics/transportation industry, including vendor management, and EMI schedule handling with minimum 3 years’ experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Reconcile daily sales (cash, card, and POS transactions).
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payments.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist with bank and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory transactions and support stock reconciliation.
• Prepare VAT-related records and maintain compliance documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Prepare basic financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, WHT, ZATCA regulations.
• Proficiency in customized ERP/Accounting software, ZOHO and MS Excel.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
