Job description
Position Title: Sales & Customer Service Coordinator
Job Objective: Organizing direct sales operations and ensuring the documentation of warranty claims to guarantee customer satisfaction and protect the rights of the company and the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Issuing and cutting sales invoices for customers through the approved accounting system.
- Warranty Documentation: Inspecting complaints or service requests, capturing clear and comprehensive images of technical issues or manufacturing defects.
- Technical Follow-up: Attaching warranty images and necessary reports with customer requests and sending them to the relevant departments or suppliers for monitoring the status of replacement or compensation.
