Hotel Operations Specialist

• Handle and process reservation requests, ensuring accurate data entry through established systems.

• Monitor reservations, modifications, cancellations, and continuously update operational data and bookings per established procedures.

• Coordinate and communicate with hotels and service providers to ensure reservations are confirmed and services are ready.

• Oversee check-in and check-out processes, ensuring the execution of reservations and hotel services aligns with agreements and operational plans.

• Conduct field monitoring as needed to verify guest arrivals or departures and ensure services are delivered as required while addressing operational observations.

• Coordinate with management and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

• Monitor operational issues and communications related to reservations or hotel services, addressing them or escalating to management as necessary.

• Assist in supporting clients and vendors, providing relevant reservation and service information while coordinating with management.

• Contribute to identifying business opportunities or requests and elevating them to management to support business growth and increase revenues.

• Prepare and update operational reports, reservation reports, and escalate observations and updates to management.
