Junior Front-End Developer

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients. Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code. Support the creation of digital marketing assets that enhance campaign performance and user engagement. Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and functionality. Assist with front-end enhancements that support SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website performance goals. Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Follow modern web standards and usability best practices. Support the maintenance and enhancement of websites built on platforms such as WordPress. Implement content updates, page templates, and layout adjustments as needed. Identify and resolve front-end bugs and interface issues. Test websites and features across browsers and devices to ensure consistent performance. Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and best practices. Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentorship opportunities. Continuously develop technical skills and contribute to process improvements.

• 0 - 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, academic work, or personal projects.
• Experience contributing to live websites or web applications is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is an advantage.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working with design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of website performance optimization and browser compatibility standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Positive attitude toward feedback and continuous learning.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
