An excellent opportunity has arisen for a 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝟯–𝟵 𝗣𝗤𝗘) to join the Riyadh office of a leading global law firm.
The firm is seeking a 𝗺𝗶𝗱–𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance practice, advising domestic and international financial institutions, sponsors, government entities and major corporates on many of the Kingdom's most significant financing transactions.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of conventional and 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 matters, including:▪ Islamic finance and Shari'ah-compliant structures▪ Syndicated and bilateral lending transactions▪ Corporate finance▪ Acquisition finance▪ Project finance▪ Real estate finance▪ Refinancing and restructuring transactions▪ Security arrangements and financing documentationThe role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, with significant client contact and responsibility from an early stage.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲▪ Saudi National▪ 3–9 years' PQE▪ Strong Banking & Finance experience gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm.▪ Experience in Islamic Finance and Shari'ah-compliant financing structures would be highly advantageous.▪ Experience advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors or financial institutions on complex financing transactions.The firm offers a highly competitive remuneration package together with excellent long-term career progression within one of the region's leading Banking & Finance practices.
