Purpose of the job
The purpose of the role is to design, lead, and optimize how the organization attracts, develops, retains, and utilizes its people at a strategic and operational level. To ensure that the organization has high-performing, future-ready talent aligned with its long-term goals.
Key Accountabilities
1. Employee engagement
· Measure employee engagement in the company through annual survey.
- Understand the drivers of engagement and build programs based on them.
- Develop and deliver transformation projects and initiatives related to all our sites, that will increase engagement and support our employee experience and partner with HR Business Partners and Site Managers.
· Development and the ongoing growth and refinement of the induction program.
- Celebrating our people's personal and professional milestones.
- Organize regular team building, culture building activities.
- Create wellbeing programs for all employees (physical, mental, spiritual, emotional)
2. Performance management
- Ensure that the performance management tool is being correctly utilized across the business.
- Partner with the HRBPs to conduct talent reviews, complete succession planning, and identify key talent with development plans.
3. Employer branding
- Designing and implementing external employer branding activities.
- Create and manage the internship program.
- Participate in career fairs.
- Create programs with universities to enhance SADAFCO's image.
4. Learning & development
- Analyze the training needs of employees, formulate training briefs and initiate the development of training programs.
- Design specific training programs based on functional needs and requirements.
- Support management and employees by providing information about internal and external training programs and assist in selecting the appropriate training programs for individual's needs.
- Create and manage the management trainee program (Future leader program).
