Job Overview

We are a leading company in the food service and hospitality sector, seeking a female Captain/Waiter (Waitress) to join our team in Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering an upscale customer experience and ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality, while adhering to our approved safety and procedural guidelines.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greeting guests with a smile, escorting them to their tables, presenting the service menu, and assisting in selecting suitable items.
  • Coordinating the pace of service in line with restaurant standards and achieving immediate and effective customer satisfaction.
  • Setting tables before guests arrive and ensuring they are ready in terms of cleanliness and necessary setup.
  • Communicating with the kitchen and bar team to ensure prompt preparation and quality of products served.
  • Ensuring the application of food safety policies, personal hygiene, and wearing the uniform according to requirements.
  • Managing order modifications and customer suggestions, and documenting any feedback that improves overall performance.
  • Participating in training and guiding new service team members as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University qualification (Bachelor's / License).
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage, with trainees willing to gain practical experience accepted.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required, and basic English knowledge for communication with the work team is preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time on a shift system, with flexibility regarding work schedules including evenings and weekends.
  • Professional appearance and high personal hygiene, with a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

  • Ability to work under pressure and provide quick and effective solutions to problems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously.
