Lead incident investigations to determine root causes, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly sought after to validate expertise in health and safety.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing industries, is required.
Experience with risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems is crucial to effectively manage workplace hazards.
