Job description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead market expansion and revenue generation for Nexstand.
This role will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, developing strategic relationships, identifying government and enterprise opportunities, and converting them into high-value consulting engagements.
The ideal candidate understands government procurement processes, consulting sales cycles, and strategic solution selling, and is capable of positioning institutional transformation services to senior decision makers.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across government entities, semi-government organizations, and large enterprises
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop strategic account plans for priority clients
Pipeline Development
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of consulting opportunities
- Identify relevant tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities
- Coordinate proposal development and submission processes
Deal Origination & Closure
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Position Nexstand services in governance, certification readiness, and institutional transformation
- Convert qualified leads into signed consulting engagements
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends in government transformation, institutional excellence, and certification frameworks
- Provide insights into emerging opportunities and sector priorities
Partnership Development
- Identify strategic partnerships with technology providers, advisory firms, and ecosystem partners
- Support collaborative opportunities that expand market reach
7 12 years of experience in business development, consulting sales, or government advisory services
- Proven track record in selling consulting or transformation projects
- Experience working with government entities or large enterprises in Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of RFP / tender processes
- Demonstrated ability to close deals valued at SAR 500K 2M+
- Strong professional network within government, semi-government, or regulated industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
Experience in consulting firms, digital transformation companies, or governance advisory organizations
Familiarity with:
- ISO standards
- institutional performance frameworks
- government transformation programs
Experience selling strategic advisory or transformation services
Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 programs and institutional development initiatives
