Machine Operator ( Molding Technician ) DRY TYPE TRANSFORMERS

1. Read and understand manufacturing drawings, work instructions and process requirements related to transformer molding operations.
2. Operate molding machines and associated equipment for dry type transformer production.
3. Prepare molds, materials and equipment before starting production.
4. Monitor molding parameters and ensure compliance with specified process settings.
5. Perform dimensional and visual inspections and complete required checklists and production records.
6. Ensure molded components meet quality standards and production specifications.
7. Report any non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Section Supervisor
8. Maintain molds, tools, machines, and the work area in a clean, organized and safe condition.
9. Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures during production activities.

Minimum 2-5 Years of experience in molding operations, preferably in dry type transformer manufacturing or a related industrial environment.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.

Knowledge of molding processes, equipment operation, and process controls.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.

High School /Diploma in Electrical , Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
