Prior experience in island / remote projects preferred
Lead and manage landscape design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design intent, budget, and schedule.
Oversee the creation of detailed design plans, technical drawings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs seamlessly into overall project plans.
Manage and mentor a team of landscape designers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
Holds a valid Landscape Architect license (e.g., RLA, ASLA), showcasing professional credentials and expertise.
Demonstrates 10+ years of progressive experience in landscape design and project management, highlighting practical knowledge.
Exhibits a deep understanding of local and international design standards, regulations, and construction practices.
