- A degree in a discipline suited to the work to be delivered, with the ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Construction Supervision projects.
- 20+ years experience in leading construction supervision of multi-disciplinary projects.
- Working for an international consultancy for 20+ years and over 5 years of experience in the Middle East.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong client interface presence.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale tunnelling and hospitality projects, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects involved.
- PMP, RICS, or similar project management certification is an advantage.
- Pre-contract design management experience under the RIBA framework (e.g., coordination during RIBA Stages 2 4, oversight of multidisciplinary design teams, value engineering, and design governance).
- High-rise project leadership experience, clearly noting the scale (GFA, height, no. of floors) and complexity (mixed-use, hospitality, residential, or commercial) of the developments.
- Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) delivery strategy exposure, such as constructability reviews, logistics planning, sequencing, and value engineering input at early design stages.
