Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative administrative secretary who will be a key support for administrative tasks and operations. This role involves organizing daily work and developing it with a positive and effective spirit.
Job Responsibilities:
• Organize and receive requests, record them, and follow up on them.
• Monitor client interactions from the request stage to invoice issuance.
• Prepare and draft pricing proposals using Word and Excel.
• Draft and follow up on professional emails in both Arabic and English.
• Assist in marketing through social media (coordination, publishing, monitoring).
• Organize the exhibition from the perspective of products and displays.
• Assist in meetings and any administrative or operational tasks that support workflow and its development.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English language speaking and writing, with the ability to draft emails professionally.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and arranging skills.
• Politeness in dealing with clients.
• Flexibility in work and readiness to collaborate and assist in various tasks.
• Initiative and a desire to learn and develop.
