Job description
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate units as part of partnership projects.
- Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Organize and conduct site visits for clients at real estate locations and projects.
- Prepare and evaluate marketing proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal procedures in coordination with the legal department.
- Maintain and update the client database regularly.
- Achieve the monthly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Monitor real estate market trends and competitor pricing, providing recommendations to management.
- Participate in real estate events and exhibitions to represent the company and enhance its presence.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and financial departments to ensure smooth sales procedures.
