Job Title: Logistics Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Reporting To: Regional Logistics Manager

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
• Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Manage relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
• Optimize routes, shipping methods, and logistics processes to improve efficiency
• Track shipments and resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies
• Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and performance analysis
• Lead and train logistics staff to enhance productivity and service quality
• Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations
