Responsibilities:

The Customer Service and Sales Specialist will greet customers in the showroom, providing a professional experience that reflects the quality of the brand. They will also be responsible for understanding customer needs, responding to inquiries, and offering appropriate consultations to assist them in selecting the best protective solutions for their vehicles, including PPF and WF products, while professionally explaining their benefits.

The role includes preparing price quotations, completing sales transactions, and following up with customers before and after service delivery to ensure their satisfaction and enhance their loyalty. Additionally, the specialist will handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, building long-term relationships with clients.

They will also organize the showroom, ensuring products are displayed optimally, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure efficient operations, while adhering to daily and monthly sales objectives and contributing to enhancing the company’s image through providing top-notch customer service and professional sales.
