Job description

Role Overview

We are hiring a Jr. Accountant based in Saudi Arabia to handle accounting operations, cash

flow reporting, and compliance with ZATCA regulations. The role requires solid accounting

experience in the Saudi Warehouse and Gas station industry, including fleet operations, vendor

management, and EMI schedule handling with minimum 3 years’ experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily bookkeeping activities for warehouse operations in Riyadh.
  2. Record and monitor all purchases, sales, and customer payments accurately.
  3. Prepare costing reports, including transportation and customs clearance expenses.
  4. Create, maintain, and update the company Chart of Accounts.
  5. Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
  6. Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
  7. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper financial tracking of inventory and expenses.
  8. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting procedures.
  • Prepare profitability reports and submit to CFO.
  • Compile Cost variance report to support CFO in operational decision making.
  • Nationality: Indian(preferred)

Preferred Attributes

● Candidate must be working in saudi Arabia.

● Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, handle pressure and coordinate with operations.

.Software Skills: Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word.

  1. Core Skills:

    • Handling general entries and preparing P&L statements in Excel.
    • Daily cash book management.
    • Costing for local purchases.
  2. Language Requirements: English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

  3. Experience: Minimum 3 years of Saudi Arabia experience is mandatory.

  4. Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,000. Candidates comfortable with this salary range should apply only.

  5. Verification: Background verification and previous salary proof are mandatory.

  6. Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

  7. Iqama: Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
