Plastic machine blow molding injection Operator

Operate and monitor blow molding injection machines, ensuring optimal cycle times and product quality by meticulously adjusting machine parameters.

Perform routine quality checks on molded parts, identifying and segregating non-conforming products to maintain high production standards.

Safely load raw materials (resins, colorants) into the machinery, ensuring correct material usage and preventing contamination.

Conduct preventative maintenance on blow molding equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to minimize downtime.

High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or plastics is a plus.

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating blow molding or injection molding machines.

Proven ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.

Proficiency in basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques.
