Sales Manager

We are looking for a leader with substantial field experience and the analytical capability to enhance our sales in the beauty and wellness sector.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing sales strategies and developing market share for the company.
• Analyzing daily and monthly sales data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
• Directly supervising sales teams and monitoring their field performance.
• Building and developing strategic relationships with clients and distributors in the region.

Requirements:

• Specialized Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, with prior experience in the beauty, wellness, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Location: Candidates must be residents of Riyadh (with a thorough understanding of the market geography and sales dynamics in the region).
• Analytical Skills: High proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and preparing strategic reports.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and guide the sales team within Riyadh to achieve the required sales objectives.
