• Operational Management: Direct supervision of daily operations in the showroom and sales points, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Merchandising Development: Establishing sales strategies, analyzing branch performance, and distributing targets among the merchandising team.
• Team Management: Recruiting talents, training staff on presentation and sales techniques, and motivating the team to achieve set goals.
• Quality Control and Inventory: Coordinating with designers to ensure the quality of materials and displays, and managing inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure loyalty to the brand.
