Discover the Role As National Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the commercial strategy and brand footprint across the country. You will lead the relationship with primary distribution partners, open new market channels, and work cross functionally with regional marketing and supply chain teams to maximize product reach and profitability. Discover the Responsibilities • Build and maintain a high performing relationship with key distribution partners • Monitor target achievement, set commercial guidelines, and ensure distributor accountability • Identify untapped market opportunities and negotiate strategic commercial agreements • Analyze market dynamics, competitor movements, and customer trends to shape growth plans • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to roll out high impact product launches and campaigns • Manage pipeline forecasts, inventory availability, and sales reporting to maintain smooth operational flow

• At least 4 years of proven experience within fast moving consumer goods sales or trade marketing
• Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation across Saudi Arabia
• Strong background in managing distribution partners and negotiating high level contracts
• Background with non alcoholic beverage brands is a plus
• Valid driver license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time
• Strong analytical skills with a clear ability to turn market data into commercial wins
