Civil Technical Engineer - Senior (BIM)

Review civil and structural design drawings and shop drawings for towers, ensuring compliance with approved design intent and specifications. • Prepare and coordinate civil/structural shop drawings, ensuring compliance with the BIM-coordinated model and actual site conditions. • Prepare and maintain As-Built drawings for civil/structural works for record and handover purposes. • Prepare and verify BOQ take-offs for civil/structural works to support procurement, tendering, and evaluation of variations/change orders. • Conduct technical/QC reviews of civil and structural works against approved design, the Saudi Building Code, and international standards. • Support BIM coordination for structural elements, ensuring clash-free integration with architectural and MEP disciplines.
