Procurement Manager

Lead procurement activities for materials, subcontractors, and services.

Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation.

Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedule.

Coordinate with engineering and site teams for technical approvals.

Optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred
• 10 – 15 years procurement experience in construction projects
• Contracting / construction industry experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in technical procurement (fit-out / MEP preferred)
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Experience in GCC construction projects is an advantage
