Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Client reception and understanding their needs, transforming them into a professional design concept.
• Preparation of Mood Boards and selection of design identity, colors, materials, furniture, and lighting.
• Preparation of initial sketches (Concept Design & Space Planning).
• Development of design until client approval stage.
• Continuous coordination with architects, electrical, and mechanical engineers across all specialties.
• Preparation and review of execution drawings (Shop Drawings / Construction Drawings).
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring design compliance.
• Preparation of material and finishes schedule (Material & Finishes Schedule).
• Attendance at meetings with clients and professional project management.
• Coordination with suppliers and contractors, and approval of samples and materials.
