About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Bakery & Pastry Chef to join our café team. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and desserts, and developing new recipes that reflect our brand and elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare baked goods (bread, croissants, danish) and desserts (cakes, tarts, etc.)

• Develop new menu items

• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation

• Manage inventory and reduce waste

• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards

• Train and support the team

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in bakery & pastry

• Strong baking and dessert skills

• Creative and detail-oriented

• Able to work under pressure

• Culinary or pastry certification

• Experience in specialty cafés

• Knowledge of artisan baking
