Senior Chiller Technician

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex chiller system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, including oil changes, filter replacements, and performance testing, to ensure optimal efficiency and longevity.

Oversee and lead chiller repairs and overhauls, coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

Analyze system performance data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend energy-saving solutions to enhance chiller efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Minimum of a High School Diploma; Associate's degree in HVAC/R or a related field preferred.

Possess relevant certifications, such as EPA 608 Universal, and other industry-recognized credentials.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in chiller maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

Demonstrated expertise in working with centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating chillers from various manufacturers.
