Sales Representative

Actively reach out to potential female customers to introduce and sell the company’s products/services.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a comfortable and professional sales experience.

• Present product features and benefits clearly, tailoring conversations to the needs of female customers.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the company system (training provided).

• Follow up with existing and prospective clients to close sales and encourage repeat business.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns targeting the female segment.

• Attend team meetings, sales training sessions, and occasional customer events (including female-only settings).

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve sales strategies.

• Uphold the company’s values and professionalism in all customer-facing activities.

• **Driving license:** Optional (not required; role may rely on phone/virtual sales or local transportation)

• Strong willingness to learn and develop sales skills

• Friendly, confident, and persuasive communication style

• Comfortable speaking with female clients in person or over the phone

• Basic computer or smartphone literacy (training on sales tools will be provided)

• Punctual, responsible, and target-driven
