Oversee the maintenance and repair of all tooling, jigs, fixtures, and molds to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Implement and maintain a robust tool inventory management system, including tracking, ordering, and storage to minimize downtime and prevent shortages.
Develop and enforce tool room safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulations.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
Holds relevant certifications in tool making or tool and die making, showcasing specialized knowledge and expertise.
Demonstrates a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a tool room environment, indicating a proven track record.
Exhibits a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, especially in areas like automotive or aerospace.
