Automotive Spare Parts Salesperson Required

Job Description:

An automotive spare parts salesperson is required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer service and providing accurate technical consultations regarding suitable spare parts for various types of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving customers and accurately identifying their spare parts needs
• Providing technical consultations to customers regarding suitable original and aftermarket parts
• Managing inventory and tracking sales and purchase operations
• Organizing spare parts and ensuring their data is updated in the system
• Maintaining high customer service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Following up on orders and coordinating with suppliers to provide required parts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in selling automotive spare parts
• Good knowledge of original and aftermarket spare part types for various vehicles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational and inventory management skills
• Basic familiarity with computer systems and sales management software
