Senior ICT Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Engineer to oversee and manage all ICT systems across multiple project parcels. In this role, you will lead the coordination, supervision, and delivery of all ICT systems implementation Provide technical expertise and quality assurance for all ICT installations Review prior to submission the technical documentation including submittals, shop drawings& AB drawings, method statements, and material approvals Oversee installation, programming, and testing & commissioning activities Ensure proper integration of systems with BMS and required third-party platforms Serve as the primary technical interface with client representatives, facility management teams, and contractors Monitor site progress, review status reports, and manage close-out documentation Provide critical support during Testing and Operational Commissioning (TOC), handover, and Defect Liability Period (DLP) stages
Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and architects, to integrate ELV systems seamlessly into overall project designs and plans.2. Oversee the installation and commissioning of ELV systems, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and operational requirements.3. Perform system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.4. Lead FAT, SAT, and final commissioning activities.5. Prepare O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and training for end-users.6. Ensure smooth handover to the client and facility management teams.7. Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and technical records.8. Support audits, inspections, and authority approvals (e.g., Civil Defense for fire systems).9. Prepare detailed documentation and reports on system designs, installations, and testing& commissioning of ELV systems 10. Conversant with all ICT & Security Systems which includes but not limited to IPTV System, BMS , Fire Alarm System, Public Address and Audio Visual Systems, Telephony Systems, Data Network ,Equipment Rack elevations, Structured Cabling and Active & Passive Equipment. Skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess site conditions and propose effective solutions.• Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and client engagement.• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards related to low voltage systems.• Experience with diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and maintaining ELV systems.• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, ELV systems, and network technologies.• Understanding of IP networking, switching, routing, and cybersecurity basics.
