• Receiving parcels and verifying the accuracy of their contents according to company guidelines.
• Planning and tracking the delivery route to ensure arrival at scheduled times.
• Dealing with customers professionally and providing quick solutions when delivery obstacles arise.
• Managing shipping documents and updating tracking systems by entering information accurately.
• Communicating with the support and management team to report any potential problems or delays.
• Adhering to safety policies and safe driving while working and exercising caution during delivery.
• Participating in process improvement operations and providing constructive feedback to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in the parcel delivery field.
• Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic.
• A valid driver's license.
• A valid residency permit (Iqama).
• Ability to work in shift and full-time systems with commitment to schedules.
• Organizational and effective communication skills and a high team spirit.
