Head Butler — Private Villa

A private household in Jeddah is seeking an accomplished Head Butler to take full ownership of front-of-house service and personal attendance to the principal in a refined villa residence. This is a senior, standalone position for an experienced professional operating at the level of a fine private household — formal service, wardrobe and personal care, household coordination, and the judgment to anticipate rather than react.

The role asks for stamina, refinement, and absolute discretion. In return, it offers compensation well above standard household rates, a respected place within the household, and long-term security for the right person.

A confidentiality agreement will be signed at the start of employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the principal’s needs, preferences, and requests with full attention, flexibility, and discretion at all times

• Coordinate with the existing household team (housemaids, cook, driver) to ensure smooth daily villa operations

• Deliver attentive formal and informal dining service — table setting, presentation, and beverage service

• Prepare light snacks, meals, and beverages as needed

• Provide full wardrobe care — laundry, pressing, and organized closet management for fine and delicate fabrics

• Care for household pets — feeding, grooming, and vet visits for dogs and a parrot

• Operate smart home systems, security cameras, and household technology with confidence

• Maintain the villa to a consistently high standard, guest-ready at any time

• Handle errands, travel logistics, and special requests with discretion and professionalism
