Specification Executive

As a Specification Executive, you will be the initial point of contact with Developers and Consultants, responsible for setting appointments, maintaining relationships, and ensuring consistent communication within Riyadh .This role requires a foundational knowledge of our products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with Developers and Consultants.

Regularly meet and maintain relationships with clients within Saudi Arabia.

Coordination and Support:

Coordinate with the Specification Manager for technical interactions.

Assist in creating technical documents, catalogues, and presentations.

Product Knowledge:

Gain a basic understanding of our products and local guidelines.

Provide preliminary information to clients and answer basic queries.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Specification Manager and Engineer to align strategies.

Travel Requirements:

Travel within Saudi Arabia for client meetings and engagements.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, MBA in Marketing & Sales or a related field.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in specification sales, technical sales, or HVAC/building materials.
• GCC experience preferred.
