We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Cards Sales Manager / Relationship Manager to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Corporate credit card sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our Corporate cards portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams and Corporate clients to deliver tailored card solutions that meet their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Drive new Corporate credit card acquisition through proactive prospecting, referrals, and targeted market outreach. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to onboarding and activation.
- Product & Solution Selling: Promote Corporate credit card products and value-added services by identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions such as rewards, cashback, and expense management features.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage end-to-end customer relationship activities, including acquisition, onboarding support, activation, and post-sales portfolio growth.
- Internal Coordination & Governance: Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations, onboarding) to ensure smooth execution, compliance with internal policies, and adherence to KYC/AML requirements.
- Market & Portfolio Development: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, identify portfolio growth opportunities, and provide structured feedback to management and product teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4–6 years in Corporate banking, payments, or cards sales within banking, fintech, financial services, or payments organizations. Proven experience selling Corporate credit cards to Corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and small-business owners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
