- Ensure all ingredients are measured accurately and used efficiently.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for ingredients to preserve freshness and quality.

- Operate and maintain chocolate-making equipment such as tempering machines, enrobers, and molding machines.
- Conduct regular cleaning and sanitization of equipment to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
- Identify and address any deviations from quality specifications.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with equipment and ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation procedures to prevent contamination.
- Follow proper hygiene practices to ensure food safety and product integrity.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create new chocolate recipes and flavors.
- Experiment with different ingredients and techniques to innovate and improve existing products.
- Document recipe modifications and findings for future reference.
- Coordinate with other team members such as production assistants, quality assurance personnel, and packaging staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to address production issues and achieve production goals.Requirements:
- Proven 2+ years experience as a Chocolate Maker or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of chocolate-making techniques, including tempering, molding, and enrobing.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to work with equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Formal training in culinary arts or food science is a plus.
