Roles & Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage daily gardening and landscaping activities
2. Lead and allocate tasks to 3 gardening contractors efficiently
3. Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, plants, trees, and flower beds
4. Monitor irrigation systems and ensure timely watering schedules
5. Plan and execute planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control activities
6. Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of garden areas
7. Inspect garden health and take corrective actions when required
8. Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment
9. Follow safety standards and site guidelines at all times

Salary & Benifits:

1. Salary TBA during interview process

5. 30 days paid holidays yearly after the second year

6. Coordinate with management for landscaping improvements and material requirements

7. Maintain records of work progress and manpower attendance

8. Train and guide workers on best gardening practices
