Job description
Graduates with a minimum 2 years of hardcore field sales experience, preferably in packaging, industrial consumables, logistics products, or related B2B industries.
Hands-on market experience in Riyadh or Jeddah is mandatory, including customer visits, cold calling, and account handling.
Proven experience in handling monthly sales
Generate new business through cold calling and site visits
Manage existing accounts and grow wallet share
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, service, and accounts)
Follow up on RFQs, quotations, collections, and customer complaints
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and exceeded to drive retention.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
Familiarity with industrial customers and distributors in the assigned region
Prior exposure to selling stretch film, strapping (PET/PP/Steel), tapes, protective packaging, or industrial consumables will be a strong advantage
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Valid KSA driving license preferred
