Job description

Graduates with a minimum 2 years of hardcore field sales experience, preferably in packaging, industrial consumables, logistics products, or related B2B industries.

  • Hands-on market experience in Riyadh or Jeddah is mandatory, including customer visits, cold calling, and account handling.

  • Proven experience in handling monthly sales

  • Generate new business through cold calling and site visits

  • Manage existing accounts and grow wallet share

  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, service, and accounts)

  • Follow up on RFQs, quotations, collections, and customer complaints

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and exceeded to drive retention.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.

  • Familiarity with industrial customers and distributors in the assigned region

  • Prior exposure to selling stretch film, strapping (PET/PP/Steel), tapes, protective packaging, or industrial consumables will be a strong advantage

  • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

  • Valid KSA driving license preferred
