Mechanical and Electrical Facility Maintenance Team (Maintenance)

Proactively conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, elevators) and electrical infrastructure to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime.

Perform timely and accurate repairs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.

Execute preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems, meticulously documenting all work performed and parts used.

Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests, diagnosing problems under pressure and implementing immediate solutions.

Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an Associate's degree in a relevant technical field is highly preferred.

Holds relevant certifications such as HVAC Type II, Journeyman Electrician License, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.

Has a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, with a strong focus on both mechanical and electrical systems.

Demonstrates proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
