Factory Production Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all production operations within the factory. The goal is to ensure that decoration works (furniture, wood cladding, artistic pieces) are delivered with high quality, on schedule, and with maximum efficiency and minimum waste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Develop production schedules for decoration projects and ensure teams meet all delivery deadlines.
• Quality Control: Ensure all manufactured pieces match the approved engineering designs and technical specifications.
• Resource Management: Approve factory requirements for raw materials (wood, fabrics, paints) and equipment, ensuring availability before production begins.
• Technical Supervision: Monitor various manufacturing stages (carpentry, upholstery, painting) and provide technical support to resolve execution issues.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage technicians and workers, delegating tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Budget & Cost Control: Prepare production budgets and work on reducing operational costs and material waste.
• Health & Safety: Oversee the implementation of safety standards to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
• Reporting: Submit periodic reports (weekly/monthly) to general management regarding progress, achievements, and challenges.
