Warehouse manager required

Responsibilities

• Daily management and operation of warehouses to ensure smooth receiving, issuing, and organization.
• Supervising material receiving processes, matching them with purchase orders and invoices, and verifying quality and quantities.
• Organizing and arranging inventory according to best practices (classification, coding, storage locations, FIFO/FEFO as needed).
• Implementing safety procedures within the warehouse, especially for sensitive materials (such as paints and similar chemicals).
• Preparing and reviewing periodic and annual inventory counts, addressing discrepancies, and submitting reports to management.
• Monitoring inventory levels and setting reorder points (Min/Max) to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Managing the warehouse team (task distribution, follow-up, discipline, employee training).
• Coordinating with related departments (Procurement, Production/Projects, Sales, Accounts) to ensure material availability as required.
• Documenting inventory movement and preparing periodic reports on (incoming/outgoing/balance/slow-moving items).
• Overseeing the use of inventory systems (ERP or warehouse management software) and ensuring data entry accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse management.
• University degree.
• Previous experience in paint warehouses or similar materials (chemicals, construction materials, industrial materials) is preferred.
• Good knowledge of safe storage procedures and professional safety practices within warehouses.
• Proficiency in using inventory software and Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• High organizational skills, and accuracy in inventory counting, follow-up, and documentation.
• Leadership and team management skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field) is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Total Salary: From 5000 to 6000 Riyals based on qualifications and experience.
