Job description
- Perform detailed delay and disruption analysis using recognised methodologies such as TIA and Window Analysis
- Review project schedules, baseline programmes, and progress updates to identify delay events and their impact
- Analyse project records, including correspondence, reports, and site data, to support claims
- Prepare clear, structured forensic planning reports for claims, arbitration, and dispute resolution
- Work closely with project teams, legal advisors, and experts to support litigation processes
- Assist in the preparation of expert witness reports and presentations where required
- 5–10+ years of experience in planning, with strong exposure to delay analysis and claims
- Proven background with contractors, consultants, or claims consultancies
- Solid understanding of delay analysis techniques (TIA, Window Analysis, etc.)
- Strong experience in reviewing project programmes and contemporaneous records
- Proficient in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Prior experience in arbitration or dispute resolution is a strong advantage
