LED Video Wall Repair Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled LED Video Wall Repair Technician to join our technical service team.

Must Have SMD micro-soldering skills and be able to work with components as small as 1.2mm for ultra-fine LED Pitch modules .

Key Responsibilities

Component-Level Repair: Remove and replace damaged SMD LEDs, IC drivers, and masks on fine-pitch LED modules.

Diagnosis: Use multimeters and testing controllers to identify short circuits, "dead" pixels.

Precision Soldering: Utilize hot-air rework stations, micro-soldering irons, and BGA repair tools to fix PCB traces and pads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Micro-Soldering Expertise: Proven experience in SMD/BT rework. You must be able to handle "hand-soldering" under a microscope.

Technical Tools: Proficiency with hot-air stations (e.g., Hakko, JBC, or Quick).

Attention to Detail: Ability to sit for extended periods performing highly repetitive, high-precision tasks.

Preferred Experience

Experience with fine-pitch technology (P1.2 and above).

Familiarity with different LED encapsulation types (SMD, GOB, COB).
