- Prepare and manage BIM families, templates, and libraries in line with project standards.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models to support design and cost teams.
- Ensure proper file naming, version control, and data management as per project protocols.
- Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators and Design Managers to meet project milestones.
- Assist in the preparation of BIM documentation and reports for client submissions.
- Integrate and coordinate models from multiple stakeholders for consolidated outputs.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and client BIM standards.
- Provide technical support to junior modellers and assist in resolving modelling issues.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, Structural, MEP) within a PMC/Consultancy framework to ensure model accuracy and integration.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with client standards, approval processes, and consultancy guidelines.
- Assist in BIM documentation, reports, and client submissions.
- Maintain proper documentation, version control, and data management as per PMC protocols.
- Support LOD (Level of Development) requirements across all project stages (Concept, DD, IFC)
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models as per PMC/Consultancy standards
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong experience in PMC / Consultancy environments is mandatory
- Proven involvement in large-scale or iconic projects preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / ACC platforms
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650, and LOD requirements
- Experience in 3D modelling, coordination, clash detection, and model integration
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a consultancy-driven project structure
